Shipping Policy


When you place an order online, your order will be shipped using our primary shipping carrier, USPS (United States Postal Service). We do not currently ship internationally (outside of the USA) at this time. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

When you select a shipping method, the estimated shipping time provided by the shipping carrier does not include the time it takes for us to pack and ship your order. You should account for this additional time if you need your order by a certain date. For example, if your shipping method estimates a 3-day delivery, you should take into account the additional 1-2 business days to actually ship out your order. Please note that we do not ship out orders on weekends. Typically, orders placed on Monday, should arrive to the shipping destination by Friday (assuming a 3-day shipping method). Depending on the time you place your order, an order placed on Tuesday afternoon, may not arrive until the following week. If you MUST have an order by a certain date, please call or email us to confirm it will be shipped out in time and that the appropriate shipping method is used. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier. Furthermore, any items returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, will not be refunded the shipping costs.

We ship using USPS and provide our customers with three (3) shipping options:

1) First Class Package: 1-3 days delivery

2) Priority Mail: 1-3 days delivery

3) Priority Mail Express: 1-day delivery

Due to the nature of our products, returns are typically not allowed. You have 15 days from the date of your purchase to exchange your items. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the original packaging and unused. Any used, damaged, or opened item is not eligible for an exchange. You must contact us and receive prior written confirmation before returning an item. In addition, only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
