Returns & Exchanges
RETURN & EXCHANGES:
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not allowed on any opened or used items. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, and the item is still unopened in its original packaging, please contact us to request a return or an exchange. You have 15 days from the date of your purchase to return or exchange your items. Clearance items or sale items may not be exchanged or refunded. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, the item must be in the original packaging and unused. Any used, damaged, or opened item is not eligible for an exchange or a refund. Gift cards are also not eligible for returns.
For online orders, in the event that you receive your order and a product arrives damaged, please send us a message with your order information and a picture of the item to request a replacement item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. When shipping back a return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
